A friend’s kid asked me if I could paint Carnage for him- he’s 6 and I could not say no. Missing Comic Con this year- if you went- lucky you! 18 x 24″ Acrylic on Bristol Board.
Charcoal on 180 lb watercolor paper. Charcoal moves and blends like paint, so I am technically drawing but the medium is very fluid. 48″ x 48″. This took about 25 hours to complete.
Art can be anything- even a corgi in a lobster costume on a beach. This is an 11 x 14″ oil on canvas that I had a great time with.
This starts my attempt to paint one work per week. Posting the works will keep me focused on finishing them. I graduated one year ago and have created a lot of art! Now it is time to build a body of work.
Here is week one, I present the humble pear.
